Hamptons Business District lands key tax deal

The Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency has issued preliminarily approval of a new tax-abatement package that will help developer Rechler at Gabreski LLC construct its third building at the expanding Westhampton Beach business hub, located on the grounds of the county’s Francis S.
