LISTnet’s Digital Ballpark making its pitch

LISTnet's Paul Trapani and Peter Goldsmith.

LISTnet has begun marketing its Plainview co-working facility, which includes offices, desk space and – grab it now – one executive suite with wet bar and private bathroom.

Dubbed the Digital Ballpark, the space is a joint project with Stony Brook University’s Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology and Infosys International, which owns the building. Thanks to the CEWIT partnership, tenants may participate in the state’s Hot Spot program, which gives tax breaks and other benefits to qualifying startups.

The space, at 100 Terminal Drive, also features conference rooms and what LISTnet chairman Peter Goldsmith called a “big Techie Feel open space.”

Monthly rates for the offices range from $500 to $1,000, with desks spots at $149. The organizers are also looking for sponsors on three levels. For additional details, contact Goldsmith at 631-224-4400 or via
