BAE’s Greenlawn group wins $23.5M Navy deal

A high-tech Long Island defense manufacturer has received a $23.5 million federal contract to supply “friend-or-foe” identification systems for U.S. fighter jets. British multinational defense and aerospace company BAE Systems has won a fixed-price contract from the U.S. Navy to supply its electronic AN/APX-111 systems for F/A-18 Hornet fighters.
