Five LI hospitals among Most Wired

Five Long Island hospitals have been named “Most Wired” by the American Hospital Association’s Health Forum. The Most Wired survey, conducted between Jan. 15 and March 15, is a leading industry barometer measuring information technology use and adoption among hospitals nationwide. In this year’s survey, 680 participants representing an estimated 2,146 hospitals participated. NYC 2nd to San Fran in digital health funding

The New York City area ranked second in the nation in funding for digital health startups in the first half of 2016, with more than $750 million invested in 26 deals, according to a just-out study by wellness accelerator StartUp Health.
